Hey there! Welcome to the Service Design for business 🌟 You might be wondering, "What exactly is Service Design?" Well, there are lots of ways to explain it, but here’s my take: it’s the orchestration of interactions a person has with a service.
Think about it—every business, whether it's a butcher, a baker, or your friendly neighbourhood estate agent, has a service to offer. And guess what? They all have customers who interact with that service from start to finish!
As we both know, customers are the heartbeat of any business. Wouldn't it be amazing to step back and see the complete picture of your business and your customers' journey as they explore, buy, and use your products and services?
For instance, if you run a high street shop, even small tweaks to the in-store experience can make a world of difference! Plus, you might find opportunities to shift some of your processes online, freeing up time for you and your team to brainstorm new products and services.
